We ensure that no personal data is taken over from sessions or through cookies without your express consent and that cookies are used only if this is technically necessary for the website (e.g., spam protection for contact form, shopping cart function) and thus the balancing of interests does not reveal any overriding interests on your part (Art. 6 I S. 1 f GDPR) or an explicit consent has been given by you.

After your explicit consent, we use cookies to personalize content and ads, to provide social media features, and to analyze access to our website. 4. Presence on Social Media Platforms

We use the following social media platforms for company presentation and communication (reference to the European Court of Justice's judgment on the joint responsibility of the operator of a social media platform and the operator of a social media page).

LinkedIn (LinkedIn Ireland Unlimited Company Wilton Place, Dublin 2, Irland)
Privacy Policy https://www.linkedin.com/legal/privacy-policy
Opt-Out: https://www.linkedin.com/psettings/guest-controls/retargeting-opt-out

These social media platforms may process personal data outside of the EU; for this, we refer to the privacy policies of the social media platforms mentioned above. The respective social media platforms may create usage profiles based on your behavior and the interests and actions that result from it, and store cookies on your computer that contain your usage behavior. If you have an account on the respective social media platform and are logged in, your usage behavior can even be stored across devices. Your usage profile can be used to, for example, place advertisements that presumably match your interests.

We process personal data exclusively for communication with you via the social media platform you selected and for optimizing our online presence, ensuring that no interests of yours are affected that outweigh our legitimate interest (Art. 6 I S. 1 f GDPR). Insofar as you have already given effective consent to the respective operator of the social media platform for the corresponding data processing, the processing of your personal data is also based on this consent (Art. 6 I S. 1 a GDPR).

5. Google Analytics

This website uses Google Analytics, a web analysis service of Google, operated by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland ("Google"), and collects and stores data through this web analysis service, from which usage profiles are created using pseudonyms. The usage profiles created are used to analyze visitor behavior in order to design and improve the offer presented on this website according to needs. Google Analytics uses so-called "cookies," small text files that are stored on your computer and that allow an analysis of your use of the website. The information generated by the cookie about your use of this website is usually transferred to a Google server in the USA and stored there. In the case of activating IP anonymization on this website, your IP address will be shortened by Google within member states of the European Union or in other contracting states of the Agreement on the European Economic Area before being transferred. Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be transferred to a Google server in the USA and shortened there. On behalf of the operator of this website, Google will use this information to evaluate your use of the website, to compile reports on website activities, and to provide other services related to website usage and internet usage to the website operator. The IP address transmitted by your browser within the framework of Google Analytics is not merged with other Google data. The usage profiles kept under a pseudonym will not be merged with the personal data about the user without the user's express and separately declared consent. Thus, the balance of interests shows that no overriding interests on your part are affected (Art. 6 I S. 1 f GDPR). You can prevent the storage of cookies by setting your browser software accordingly; however, we would like to point out that in this case, you may not be able to use all functions of this website to their full extent. Furthermore, you can prevent Google from collecting the data generated by the cookie and related to your use of the website (including your IP address) and from processing this data by downloading and installing the browser plugin available under the following link: [http://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=de].

You can also prevent the collection of your data by Google Analytics by clicking on the following link. An opt-out cookie will be set to prevent the collection of your data on future visits to this website: Disable Google Analytics. Google's privacy policy can be viewed at [http://www.google.de/intl/de/policies/privacy/]. For more information on terms of use and privacy, please visit [http://www.google.com/analytics/terms/de.html] or [http://www.google.com/intl/de/analytics/privacyoverview.html]. Please note that on this website, Google Analytics has been extended by the code "anonymizeIp" to ensure anonymous collection of IP addresses (so-called IP masking).
